Felt good accomplishment getting to the sixth location. Sadly you don't really find a solution outside some weird existential 2001 stuff but at least you get to finish the Nomai's experiment and go into the eye of the universe.Īnd the quantum moon and its shards and its story and relation to the eye is good. So then the goal changes to using this timeloop system that you stumbled into by accident hundreds of thousands of years later to try to find a solution to that within the 22 min loop. Then you find out that their experiment failed because they couldn't explode the sun and without that power source their timeloop strategy (that they were only planning on repeating until they found the eye of the universe and then stop and not explode the sun) never started and that the loop started now because the sun is at the last minutes of its natural lifespan and your universe is doomed and breaking the loop will do nothing but kill you and your planet. And that if you can just stop the experiment the sun won't explode, the loop will end and everyone will be saved. I like how as you go along you think that this whole 22 min timeloop and sun supernova is a result of the Nomai experiment. Either there's something I'm missing about warping to the White Ash Project in the core of Ash Twin or there needed to be a better design to this puzzle so you can't just get accidently lifted up by the sand instead of warping half the time. Then I better hope that my momentum doesn't send me into touching an anglerfish on my way to the vessel or it'll eat me and then I gotta keep retrying the white ash warp and get the drive and then retrying the anglerfish until I get both to work. I fly to Ash Twin and sit and wait for 4-5 mins until the doorway to the tower opens, I wait under the bridge and then run into the room in the middle of the sandstorm and just lifted me to Ember Twin, so now I gotta start over and wait another 4-5 mins each try until the warp "works" Now I'm trying to do the ending so I'm on a timer and I want to get in there the first circle of the sand storm possible so I have as much time as possible to get through the anglerfish to the Vessel. Same strategy, just as I was starting to float up it warped me. Same thing happened, lifted up in the air and had to wait another minute or two for it to come back to try again. So I tried it again staying under the bridge until the middle of the storm and then running under it.

So I just went on thinking that must not be it.Įventually I ended up looking it up and found out that was how you're supposed to do it. I did this the first time on my own after reading a hint on one of the walls thinking it would work, but the sand storm just pulled me up in the air the second I entered the room and I didn't warp but ended up on the other Ember Twin. To get to the core of White Ash Project where the gravity drive is you have to run into the broken tower and look up while the sand storm passes over.
